Pursuant to Jakarta Gubernatorial Regulation Number 33/2025, the Free Service Card program is executed by the Jakarta government as an entitlement for designated categories of beneficiaries, incurring no fees at any stage of its issuance.
Public Enthusiasm for KLG Transjakarta Remains HighTransjakarta's Public Relations and CSR Department Head, Ayu Wardhani made it clear that the agency strongly condemns anyone attempting to profit off public services.
She reminded the public that the Free Service Card is a government-backed right for eligible residents and is completely free of charge.
"We won't tolerate any attempt to charge fees or sell these cards. Anyone caught misusing the system will be permanently blacklisted and referred to law enforcement," she warned, Wednesday (9/15).
Transjakarta is urging the public to stay alert and avoid any third-party services or paid brokers offering to issue free transit cards.
If you spot any illegal fees or scams involving the card, report it right away to Transjakarta’s Call Center at 1500-102, their official social media accounts, or directly to the nearest bus stop staff.
