Two Buildings in South Jakarta Torn Down

A house and a store in two locations in South Jakarta are torn down. Both have violated the rules and no building permit (IMB).

Based on the permit, the position was set in the middle But the owner built in the front

South Jakarta Spatial Planning Sub-dept, Syukria disclosed that a building on Jl Kebagusan Raya, RT 04/03, Jagakarsa Urban Village, Jagakarsa has been torn down, because the owner built three floors which is not in accordance with IMB. 

"Based on the permit, the position was set in the middle But the owner built in the front," he stated, Thursday (6/23).

Illegal Buildings in Kwitang Demolished

Then another building on Jl Mentega Atas Barat II, RT 01/02, Menteng Atas Urban Village, Setiabudi Sub-district, controlled due to renovation without having permit.

"Both were built in two floors, but its room pattern changed. The owner has been directed to process the permit but it is not done," he finished.
