Jakarta Shares Two Digital Platforms with 200 Cities"Today, the Jakarta government received a grant from the KPK for two land assets. The first is in Tebet, and the second is in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta," said Pramono.
The first asset, located in Menteng Dalam, Tebet, South Jakarta, covers 240 square meters and is valued at approximately Rp 4.3 billion. The second asset, located in Kemayoran, covers 234 square meters and is valued at Rp 5.36 billion.
Pramono added that the land assets in Kemayoran had been decided to be used as a fire station.
"We will manage it well because Jakarta has achieved WTP for nine consecutive years, hopefully we can continue to maintain this," he added.
This is the first grant to the Jakarta Provincial Government from the KPK. The Governor hopes that the synergy with the KPK will continue to be strong.
"The Jakarta government would be delighted to receive another grant. We wouldn't be shy about it, as it would certainly be utilized to its fullest potential," Pramono admitted.
The Director of the KPK's Asset Tracking, Evidence Management, and Execution Directorate (Labuksi), Mungki Hadipratikno, said that this grant is part of the settlement of corruption and money laundering cases at the KPK.
In addition to auction sales, settlement of confiscated state assets is also carried out through grants for government purposes. This is stipulated in Minister of Finance Regulation No. 162 of 2023 about the Management of State Assets Originating from Confiscated State Assets and Gratuities.
"So, in this regulation, it is possible that confiscated goods resulting from criminal acts of corruption and money laundering handled by the KPK can be managed, one of which is through a grant which is being implemented today," he said.
Mungki hopes that this grant will provide benefits for the community through management by the Jakarta Provincial Government.
