The Central Jakarta Regional National Crafts Council (Dekranasda) continues to improve the quality of local products by monitoring and evaluating micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
Improve artisans' digital skills and knowledge
Central Jakarta Dekranasda Chairwoman Witri Yenny Arifin said the council continues to guide local artisans to improve the quality of their products. It also helps them participate in exhibitions and bazaars at the city, provincial, and national levels.

These include Muslim clothing, prayer garments, hijabs, and other accessories, all of which have been carefully selected. We will develop these products in collaboration with relevant agencies," Witri said on Tuesday (10/20).
She noted that the council had seen significant annual growth in the number of artisans recruited, along with improvements in product quality and wider market reach.
"Thankfully, we have been able to support artisans in Central Jakarta. We help artisans whose products have passed our selection process take part in bazaars at the city, provincial, and national levels, helping them increase their sales," she said.
Witri added that Central Jakarta Dekranasda also encourages artisans to adapt to digitalization and growing competition in online markets.
"One of our main priorities is to improve artisans' digital skills and knowledge so they can compete effectively, keep pace with changing trends, and remain competitive in the modern marketplace," she emphasized.
