Following a news that broke out about the refusal of permit document and domicile by West Jakarta One-Stop Integrated Service Agency (BPTSP), Head of Jakarta BPTSP, Edi Junaedi asserted, all PTSP offices must accept permit applications.

Domicile letter must be accepted, but not refused. This is because it is only citizen identification that have business, except business permit letter, must be adjusted with the existing zonation

Some highlighted by Edi is residence permit proposal. Whereas, it was only for citizen identification that has a business.

"Domicile letter must be accepted, but not refused. This is because it is only citizen identification that have business, except business permit letter, must be adjusted with the existing zonation," he expressed, when being interviewed by Beritajakarta.com.

His side had sent a circular letter No. 46/2016 on guidelines for controlling of domicile permit on Monday (6/20). This means the officer should not refuse if there are people who want to apply for it.

"It was previously tight due to no space utilization permit. But now, domicile does not refer to zonation because only explaining he/she has a business," he stated.

Additionally, at this time, domicile permit itself has been in effect for five years. Thus people do not have to bother each year to renew it.
