City police will advance the safeguarding of homecoming route on Jalan Inspeksi Kalimalang. The safeguarding will be run starting from East Jakarta up to Bekasi since D-7 up to D+7.

Bureau Operation for City Police, Comm. Verdianto Iskandar, said his side has prepared two posts at Kalimalang. Those two posts are Pospam Legenda and Pospam Ganda Suka.

“We also have three checkpoints at Bekasi Town Square Apartment, Tambun Business Park and Kedung Waringin. It also aimed to check the vehicles,” he said, Wednesday (6/29).

His side also prepares two mobile brigade personnel at 120 locations along the route. The location has many intersection.

“We appeal all working project at the area must be closed since July 2,” he added.

He predicts homecoming peak will occur on July 1. City police also appear the citizens not to conduct mobile takbiran (Eid Eve).

“Tourism sites are also guarded by our personnel,” he closed.
