Homecomer Urged Not to Bring Additional Family

Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat reminds all Jakartans who take homecoming not to bring another family member when returning to the capital.

"Please do not bring your other family members when you come back to Jakarta," he expressed, when he released five thousands homecomers who departed by one of retail companies, on South Senayan Parking, Central Jakarta, Friday (7/1).

According to him, every year, after Eid ul Fitr is ended, the city population would increase 45 thousand until 50 thousand. "Jakarta's population has reached 10.1 people. Surely it will burden the government," he disclosed.

4,044 Homecomers Departed from Grogol Terminal

He added, every driver who brings homecomer must be careful during the trip and arrived safely in hometown.

"The driver must be careful, because the family has waited them to celebrate Eid ul Fitr," he closed.
