Dozens of street vendor (PKL) cart left by the owner on Jalan BGR, Hybrida and Perintis Kemerdekaan, Kelapa Gading, were controlled by Satpol PP. The effort is aimed to enforce Bylaw No. 8/2007 about Public Order.
