Returning Flow Predicted to Happen on Sunday

Jakarta Transportation Dept Head, Andri Yansyah predicts the peak of returning flow in Kampung Rambutan Terminal, East Jakarta will happens on Sunday (7/10).

200 Officers Alerted to Face the Peak of Returning Flow

His dept has alerted the night transportation (amari) in terminals thus it is hoped able to handle the stranded passengers at night.

Meanwhile, Head of Kampung Rambutan Terminal, Emerald August stated the returning flow in terminal continues to rampant. Based on the latest data, the number of homecomers who have returned are 20,602 people using 618 buses since Friday (7/8) until Saturday (7/9).

While the returning flow recapitulation on Eid day until D-1, the number reached 43,100 passengers, and increased up tp 151 percent compared to last year, which was 17, 168 pessengers.

He once again predicted the peak of returning flow would happen tonight until Sunday (7/10). He urged, the homecomer to take a rest in terminal first if they are tired. Because the rest area and health post have been set up inside.
