SDN 09 Head Master Threatened of Dismissal

Head Master of 09 State Elementary School (SDN) Makasar, East Jakarta, is threatened to be dismissed from his job related to a student death bullied by his senior in his school.
We will act decisively if through examination results discovered teacher negligence to supervise students in the school
Strict sanction will be given to the head master if the examination proved there is a negligence from school authorities.
Head of East Jakarta Primary School Sub-Dept., Nasrudin asserted, the intensive examination is conducted today, Monday (5/5). Every teachers of SDN 09 Makasar will be gathered to do explanation. Including SY (11), a 6 grade student who allegedly bullied Renggo Kadafi (10).
“We will act decisively if the examination results discovered teacher negligence to supervise students in the school,” Nasrudin explained, at SDN 09 Makasar, Monday (5/5).
According to him, the sanction is definitely refer to the regulations (PP) Number 53/2010 about Civil Servant Disciplines. “The sanction is according to mistakes level from those who knew or neglect the incident,” he added.
Nasrudin continued, he had wrote a report to Jakarta Education Department about the incident chronology or scene examination result. Before it, Nasrudin was chosen by Vice Head of Department for Education as a investigation team leader related to Renggo Kadafi case.
Nasrudin added, indeed there was break time on the incident. But due to still in school environment, the teacher should keep supervise their students. It means, even though it is break time, it does not mean to abandon student without supervision.
Information at the scene revealed, there was actually a student reported it to class teacher. The teacher considered it as common fray, so there was no response. Even Renggo was still studying like usual. Ironically the persecution case happened inside the classroom, which located adjoins headmaster room.
“The school authorities are also did not took Renggo home due to nothing at the beginning and Renggo still can walk normally. But on Friday, Renggo’s parents came to school and report the incident,” Nasrudin continued.
By his parents, Renggo had taken to Purba Children Hospital in Halim Perdanakusuma. But because of vomiting blood, the victim was finally evacuated to Kramatjati Police Hospital. There was bruise injuries discovered on victim’s body. On Sunday (5/4) around 1 AM the victim finally blew his last breath.
Victims body is buried in Cipinang Asem Kebon Pala public cemeteries (TPU). But on Sunday night around 8.30 PM his graveyard was unearthed for investigation process. Victims body was taken to RSCM for autopsy. The investigation is aimed to reveal the death of the victim, whether is caused by disease, wound injuries, or other causes.
Head of East Jakarta Criminal Detective Directorate (Kasat Reskrim), Police Adjutant Didik Sugiarto said, there are four witnesses already interrogated. But he would not announce those four witnesses since investigation is still running. The East Jakarta Police Head, Police Commissioner Mulyadi Kharni will give press conference related of Renggo case.
