1.5-meter Flood in Pondok Labu Recede

A 1.5-meter high flood which had hit residential at RT 12/01, Jl Haji Ipin, Pondok Labu, Cilandak, South Jakarta finally has receded.

Even, the street access that previously paralyzed due to overflowing water of Grogol River can already be passed now.
Two RTs in Cipulir InundatedFebrian (43), a local cotizen said flood happened since at 5 PM yesterday. But closing night, it was gradually receding.
"At 7.09 PM, water level had reached adult knee. Right now, vehicle can already pass the street," she told.
According to her, tens of citizens had been evacuated to Al Ikhsan Mosque, but now they have returned to their homes.
"Flood hit 60 homes here with 30 victims," she explained.
Relaying on Beritajakarta.com, some PPSU officers along with South Jakarta Fire Handling and Rescue Sub-dept are on standby in the location.
A few citizens are seen busy celaning the home from garbage and mud.
