3,134 PMKS Netted From Five Cities

Along January-July 2016, Jakarta Social Dept successfully netted 3,134 people with social and welfare issues (PMKS) from five cities in the capital. Those then brought to the Bina Insan Bangun Daya I Social Institution, Jl Kembangan Raya, Kedoya Selatan, Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta to get guidance.

If it is compared to last year, there is an increase about 1,000 PMKS who netted this year

Head of Bina Insan Bangun Daya I Social Institution, Masyudi stated, from 3,134 PMKS, 2,136 out of them have undergone guidance in the institution.

"If it is compared to last year, there is an increase about 1,000 PMKS who netted this year," he told, Tuesday (8/2).

PMKS Raid in C. Jakarta Intensified at Rush Hour

He explains, the increase in PMKS numbers is due to raid intensity that held in five cities.

"Despite the institution capacity is overloaded, but the number of PMKS in the field is decreasing," he explained.

He explains, they will undergo various activities, such as legal guidance from the police.

"After 21 days, they who have no Jakarta ID card will be sent to the hometown," he closed.
