Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama targets to give accreditation for all community health center (puskesmas) and sub-district hospital (RSUK). Those health facilities must improve the facilities to get the accreditation.

Accreditation is divided into four stages. First stage is given for 13 sub-district puskesmas and 12 RSUKs. Jakarta has 305 urban village puskesmas, 44 sub-district puskesmas and 20 RSUKs.
Puskesmas Quality is as Good as Clinic“We want to build another health facility to improve our service. Some of existing health facilities also need improvement,” he added.
Meanwhile, Koesmedi Priharto, Jakarta Head Dept. of Health, admitted other puskesmas are still processing to get the accreditation.
