80 Percent of City Citizens Satisfy with Health Service

Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama said based on the survey, 70-80 percent of Jakarta citizens are satisfy with the city health service.

It means our health service is almost good

“It means our health service is almost good,” he said, Tuesday (8/2).

In fact, his side will remain advance the service especially for registration booth. Basuki wants to avoid long queue in puskesmas, sub-district hospital, and regional hospital.

City Targets Accreditation for All Puskesmas and RSUK in 2018

“We need to improve the registration section to avoid long queue,” he added.

Moreover, he asks the attendants to actively asking the BPJS card to the patients. Attendants are able to propose the patients for getting BPJS Kesehatan also.

“If the patients have no BPJS Kesehatan card, the attendant must process it,” he closed.
