Central Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-dept has secured 103 newcomers and 15 foreigners from Arab Saudi from Mitra Oasis Residence Apartment, Jl Senen Raya, Senen during population operation (Binduk). This is because they have no Jakarta ID card.

Idris continued, at that time, those 103 newcomers were asked to process the temporary domicile certificate (SKDS). The operation itself involved 75 personnel of Satpol PP, immigration, army and police.
