e-ID Card Data Recording to Complete This Year

Jakarta Provincial Government targets to complete the data recording of e-ID card by the end of this year.

Data recording progress has reached 98 percent, two percent remaining

Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat, said total data recording up to July is 98 percent. Two percent remaining will be pursued by the end of this year.

“Data recording progress has reached 98 percent, two percent remaining,” he said, Friday (8/5).

Saturday, E-ID Card Mobile Service Opened

Djarot asks Jakarta Dept. of Population and Civil Registration to accelerate the card printing. It is aimed to avoid question about local election voter validity.

“We need to avoid voter data problem,” he added.

According to him, total local election voter could be rise up from total e-ID card data recording.
