The reconsideration for spatial planning is opened up to August 31. Not only for government strategic project, the reconsideration is also applied for citizens who propose objection related with zoning changing on Bylaw No. 1/2014 about Spatial Planning Detail (RDTR) and Zoning Regulation.
If the license is different or changed in new bylaw, they can propose on objection
Edi Junaedi, Jakarta Head of One-Stop Integrated Services Agency (BPTSP), said for citizens who have building license for business, but its zoning is changed in 2014, can propose objection at local urban village PTSP.
“If the license is different or changed in new bylaw, they can propose on objection,” he said, Tuesday (8/8).
