As many as 32 buildings in Jakarta are connected with Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station. The building owners have signed the MoU with PT MRT Jakarta.

Dono Boestami, PT MRT Jakarta Director, said connected buildings will get incentive form the increase of building coefficient (KLB).
“We have signed the MoU with 34 building owners,” he said, Tuesday (8/9).
City Prepares Rp 300 B for MRT LandThose 32 buildings are at Jalan MH Thamrin, Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, Jalan Fatmawati, and Lebak Bulus. His side will prepare the are of connection, while property side will construct it.
“They will get incentive of KLB, advertisement, and so on,” he added.
Through this cooperation, will give advantage for both side. It will not disturb the existing traffic flow too.
