Jakarta City Council Commission A plans to hold fit and proper test for North Jakarta Mayor, Wahyu Haryadi. The test was not held for the mayor previously.

“We know him as acting mayor. If he is already inaugurated as mayor, it should be based on council consideration,” said Gembong Warsono, Commission A member, Tuesday (8/23).

According to him, fit and proper test must be held before giving the consideration.

Meanwhile, Commission A Secretary, Syarif, explained it was also happen for South Jakarta Mayor inauguration. Later on, he requests coordination between executive and legislative.

“Fit and proper test is held to know the candidate mission and vision. I hope it will not happen again,” he stated.
