Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat disclosed, PT Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) can help Jakarta Civil Servant (PNS) to have cheap house. That is by helping to finance the construction of houses.

"We give chance to them (PNS), if you do not have a house. BTN can help you," he stated, after receiving a visit of PT BTN to City Hall, Wednesday (8/24).

Djarot proposed PT BTN which have experience in housing field to help Jakarta government by providing a dwelling on the city's land.

According to him, it is aimed to minimize asset managed by Financial and Asset Management Board (BPKAD) and Indonesian Civil Servants Corps (KORPRI) from the irresponsible people. This is because, most assets are not used maximally.

"We can use our asset that managed by BPKAD and KORPRI. The city land managed by KORPRI can be used by us. If not, people will try to misuse it," he finished.
