Park and Ride Proposed in East Jakarta

East Jakarta Administration proposes seven locations to be constructed as Park and Ride. One of the locations is mayor office.
It’s important since the locations are strategic. Citizens need this also
East Jakarta Mayor, Bambang Musyawardana said those seven locations are under Kampung Melayu and Klender flyover, mayor office, empty land at Jalan Bekasi Raya, beside Pulogadung Trade Center, Bypass Jalan Pemuda-Jalan Pramuka, beside Kampung Rambutan Terminal entrance and near Pinang Ranti Terminal.
“It’s important since the locations are strategic. Citizens need this also,” he said, Wednesday (8/24).
Ragunan Park and Ride EnthusedJakarta Head Dept. of Transportation, Andri Yansyah, added the plan is being reviewed. His side will also send letter to Dept. of Bina Marga and Dept. of City Park and Cemetery.
“Park and ride under flyover is being reviewed. We need to discuss with related units,” he stated.
