Chief of Bin Gakkum Sub-directorate, Polda Metro Jaya, AKBP Budiyanto said ticketing sanction is applied because the odd-even system trial will expire by the end of August.

"On August 30, we will impose ticketing sanction towards the offender," he stressed, Thursday (8/25).
