Jakarta Dept. of Water Management is about to deploy 15 heavy equipments to Kemang, Mampang Prapatan, South Jakarta tonight. The equipments are aimed to dredge sediment at Krukut River and constructing temporary artificial lake (embung).
The equipments will arrive tonight. It will start at Kemang Selatan XII
Teguh Hendarwan, Jakarta Head Dept. of Water Management, his side is still handling the water at the river.
“The equipments will arrive tonight. It will start at Kemang Selatan XII,” he said, Monday (8/29).
Flood Points in Kemang Are the BasinHe admitted has difficulty to deploy the equipments due to many houses.
“There is a land to be used as RPTRA. But it will be used as artificial lake temporarily,” he added.
His side will dredge Krukut river by 1.5 meter deep.
