South Jakarta Water Management Sub-dept is about to dismantle walls and buildings on the Krukut riverbank, Kemang, Mampang Prapatan, South Jakarta in the near future.

"Right now, we do mapping first and then inventory. Hopefully, building can be executed next week," expressed Holi Susanto, Head of South Jakarta Water Management Sub-dept, Monday (8/30).

Susanto disclosed, a river trace building is ideally built around 20 meters from the river mouth. But in fact, the people build buildings on the Krukut riverbank.

"Short-term anticipation, we install bronjong (rocks wrapped in plaited wires) at the collapsed wall. Today, we have sent its materials to the field," he closed.
