Joint personnel of West Jakarta Maritime, Agriculture and Food Security Sub-dept as well as sub-district and urban village are examining hundreds of sacrificial animals’ health such as cows, buffaloes and goats from six locations.

West Jakarta Maritime, Agriculture and Food Security Sub-dept Head, Marsawati Gumai disclosed sacrificial animal examination is aimed to keep the health thus it can be consumed.
"If the animal is sick, we will seize the animal and give warning letter to the seller," expressed Marsawitri, Tuesday (8/30).
800 Examiners Prepared to Examine Sacrificial AnimalThe examination that involved veterinarian, it is done by checking eyes, nails, tongue, nose, age, teeth, body and saliva of every animal. It is conducted to 150 cows, 58 buffaloes and 12 goats. They are in good condition and consumable.
"We cannot record all because it is just done on Jl Panjang. We will continue to do sweeping for animal examination," he finished.
