KPU: 106 Politicians Elected as DPRD Member

After passing through the plenary meeting, the Jakarta General Elections Commission (KPU) has finally announced 106 legislative candidates successfully become members of Jakarta Legislative Council (DPRD), who will be based in Kebon Sirih, Central Jakarta. In the election this year, the amount of legislative candidates is increasing from 94 to 106 seats, where the most seats gained by Indonesia Democratic Party of Struggle (PDIP) with 28 seats.

Of the 106 seats in third-upper ranking achieved by PDIP with 28 seats, followed by Great Indonesia Movement (Gerindra) with 15 seats, and Prosperous Justice Party's (PKS) with 11 seats

Jakarta KPU Head, Sumarno disclosed that the additional seat is caused by an increase in the amount of population and is in accordance with Law No.8/2012 on the election mentions, the DPRD member is maximally about 100 people for a population between 9-10 million people. As for the Law No.29/2007 on Jakarta Provincial Government as the capital city of Indonesia mentions, the amount of Jakarta DPRD member is increased to 25 percent.

"Of the 106 seats in third-upper ranking achieved by PDIP with 28 seats, followed by Great Indonesia Movement (Gerindra) with 15 seats, and Prosperous Justice Party's (PKS) with 11 seats," he expressed, Monday (5/12).

City KPU Announces Elected Legislative Candidates Today

While for the Democratic Party gets 10 seats, where the same amount also gained by Hanura Party and United Development Party's (PPP). "There are two parties do not gain seats, namely Crescent Star Party (PBB) and Indonesian Justice and Unity Party (PKPI)," he disclosed.

These are list of politicians who have selected as DPRD member, as follow:

1) Electorate District (Dapil) 1

-Bestari Barus (Nasdem), Mualif ZA (PKB), A Zairofi (PKS), Prasetio Edi Marsudi (PDIP), P Sinaga (PDIP), Ellyzabeth CH (PDIP), Agustiar (Golkar), Iman Satria (Gerindra), Fajar Sidik (Gerindra), Taufiqurahman (Democratic), Riano P Ahmad (PPP), dan Verry Yonnevil (Hanura).

2) Electorate District 2

-Subandi (Nasdem), Yusriah Dzinnun (PKS), Jhonny Simanjuntak (PDIP), Meity Magdalena U (PDIP), Ramly HIM (Golkar), Aristo Purboaji (Gerindra), Neneng Hasanah (Democratic), Maman Firmansyah (PPP), dan Syarifuddin (Hanura).

3) Electorate District 3

-Hasan Basri Umar (Nasdem), Abdul Aziz (PKB), Tubagus Arif (PKS), Ida Mahmudah (PDIP), Steven Setiabudi Musa (PDIP), Gani Suwondo (PDIP), M Taufik (Gerindra), Santoso (Democratic), dan Zainuddin (Hanura).

4) Electorate District 4

-Hasbiallah Ilyas (PKB), Sudirman (PKB), Selamat Nurdin (PKS), Dwi Rio Sambodo (PDIP), Johnni A Hutapea (PDIP), Yudistira Hermawan (Golkar), Prabowo Soenirman (Gerindra), Ferrial Sofyan (Democratic), Nina Lubena (PPP), dan M Sangaji (Hanura).

5) Electorate District 5

-Abd Suhaimi (PKS), Pantas Nainggolan (PDIP), HE Syahrial (PDIP), Taufik Azhar (Golkar), Taufik Hadiawan (Gerindra), Mujiono (Democratic), Bambang Kusmanto (PAN), Belly Bilallusalam (PPP), Syamsudin (PPP), dan Farel Silalahi (Hanura).

6) Electorate District 6

-Dite Abimanyu (PKS), William Yani (PDIP), Manuara Siahaan (PDIP), Tandanan Daulay (Golkar), M Sanusi (Gerindra), Syarif (Gerindra), Misan Samsuri (Democratic), Johan Musyawa (PAN), Matnoor Tindoan (PPP), dan M Guntur (Hanura).

7) Electorate District 7

-Triwisaksana (PKS), Gembong Warsono (PDIP), Rikardo (PDIP), Indrawati Dewi (PDIP), Ashraf Ali (Golkar), Abdul Goni (Gerindra), Nuraina (Gerindra), Lucky PS (Democratic), Ichwan Jayadi (PPP), dan Ruslam Amsyari (Hanura).

-Darussalam (PKB), Rifkoh Abriani (PKS), Achmad Yani (PKS), Panji Virgianto (PDIP), Yuke Yurike (PDIP), Sereida Tambunan (PDIP), Zainuddin (Golkar), Seppalga Ahmad (Gerindra), Endah Setia Dewi (Gerindra), Achmad Nawawi (Democratic), Rendhika Harsono (PPP), dan Wahyu Dewanto (Hanura).
