Djarot Supports Efficiency of PT Transjakarta Employees

Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat is supporting the efficiency of PT Transjakarta employees, including efficiency towards 150 employees that are not productive in running duties. 

If you stay in safe zone, you will not be disciplined, creative, and lazy, cannot go forward

"Don't feel in safe zone if you work everywhere. Right now, the zone is competitive. So give your best," he expressed, Wednesday (8/31).

Not only Transjakarta employees, similar thing was also imposed by civil servant candidates (CPNS) under City Government. Moreover, he always socializes all his employees that The world of work priority is competence.

"If you stay in safe zone, you will not be disciplined, creative, and lazy, cannot go forward," he asserted.

Regarding arrival of 150 ex-employees of PT Transjakarta to the National Commission on Human Rights (Komnas HAM) at Jl Latuharhari, Menteng, he assessed this way is erroneous. More precisely they should come to the Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration, thus it will be clear who is at fault.

"But they come to Komnas HAM. This is erroneous. But they have to go to the Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration," he closed.
