City to Discuss the Fate of Transjakarta Employees

According to him, such a thing coincides with Governor Regulation No. 99/2014 in which human resources (SDM) takeover is to improve management professionalism and service quality.

Based on this regulation, all Transjakarta UP employees become PT Transjakarta employees without having to go through assessment test and their status as well as income will be similar to the ones when they worked under Transjakarta UP.

“There are no changes. Everything is the same as previous condition. This is joint policy in accordance to governor’s direction,” asserted Kosasih.
