40 Tax Defaulters Recorded in South Jakarta

South Jakarta Administration's Tax Service Sub-dept is inventorying 40 taxpayers who violate the payment deadline. As a sanction, their business will be installed with delinquent tax sticker.

"Our inventory result, there are 40 defaulters. We'll control them today by giving delinquent tax sticker," expressed Johari, Head of South Jakarta Tax Service Sub-dept, Tuesday (9/6).

Based on Jakarta Governor Instruction No. 105/2016 on Inventory of Local Tax Arrears List and Sticker Installation, Information Board and Local Tax Debt Notification, as well as Governor Instruction No. 115/2016 on Enforcement of Local Tax Rules, has made a notification to the taxpayer.

Delinquent Taxpayers Have 10 Days to Pay Off

After five days’ deadline given, it was not heeded by the taxpayer, thus the delinquent tax sticker will be given.

"Of 40 tax defaulters, among them are taxpayers of hotel, dorm, restaurant and entertainment," he finished.
