The population service at Pulogebang Urban Village Office, East Jakarta gets highlight because of many complaints from residents.

East Jakarta Mayor, Bambang Musyawardana will reprimand Sub-dept. of Population and Civil Registration Head. A report stated that there was no Head Section of Population standby at the office.
“I’ll reprimand the sub-department head if the service is bad,” he said, Tuesday (9/6).
