Basuki Encourages BPSK to Improve Services

Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama assessed, resolving disputes in the capital have not been satisfactory. Hence, the number one in this capital request the Consumer Dispute Settlement Board (BPSK) to improve services.

"Consumer disputes in Jakarta have not been satisfactory," expressed Basuki, when he inducted BPSK members at City Hall, Wednesday (9/7).

He wanted the case to be connected to qlue. Thus it can quickly be dealt with. Because via qlue, can determine whether the report is acted upon or not.

Smart City-Based Service Keeps Being Improved

"We have smart city and qlue. if the consumer feels disadvantaged, they report via qlue. BPSK will directly respond," he expressed.

He went on the say that, the sooner the report followed up, the people happier. To create an application is very easy, only buy the technology. But the hard part is to invite public participation.

"Hence we asked civil servant to quickly respond. If not, they will be replaced. BPSK can be famous and many who complain if they give fast decision," he continued.

On the other side, City KUMKMP Dept Heat, Irwandi disclosed, last year, they had resolved 130 cases.

"This year, it is only 90 cases and will continue to up," he expressed.

In the subsequent period, the number of BPSK members will be increased to 15 people. Currently they only have six members.

"It is aimed to improve public service," he stressed.

As the information, Basuki inducted a member of BPSK, Joko Kundaryo. He will replace member who has retired, represent from the government. In BPSK, consists of three elements, namely government, employer, and consumer.
