"We've heard several times where there was disbursed directly, we want it must be rechecked," expressed, Veri Yonnevil, Member of City Council Commission D, Tuesday (9/13).

Supposedly, the money can only be used to purchase school needs. Therefore, the monitoring mechanism must be tightened thus the public uses it properly.

"The budget is pretty huge, thus it should be a common concern," he disclosed.
