Residents of Cengkareng Barat Urban Village, Cengkareng, West Jakarta request trees at Jalan Nirmala Raya to be pruned. The shady trees have blocked the street light.

“We ask the trees to be pruned as soon as possible. It’s too shady and endanger the people passing the area,” said Gordon (40), resident of RW 02, Cengkareng Barat Urban Village, Wednesday (9/14).
Based on Beritajakarta.com’s observation, the shady trees are near with the security post of RW 02. There are six angsana trees on the both sides of the road.
2,000 Trees Pruned in W. JakartaWest Jakarta Head Sub-dept. of City Park and Cemetery, Uus Kuswanto, admitted one of his side’s programs is pruning the trees.
“I’ll instruct sub-district section to check and prune the trees,” he admitted.
