The street vendors at temporary site (Loksem) of Kota Tua, West Jakarta have arrears of retribution up to Rp 300 million. The arrear is accumulation from the last 10 months.
If the retribution is yet paid, we’ll dismiss their membership
West Jakarta Head Sub-dept. of Cooperative, Micro Small Middle Enterprises and Trade (KUMKMP), Sonar Sinurat, said the site should be occupied by 415 street vendors. In fact, only 382 street vendors occupying the area.
“Daily retribution is Rp 3,000. It means Jakarta Provincial Government has income Rp 34 million from 382 street vendors,” he said, Thursday (9/15).
