“We need more serious discipline to support mental revolution,” he said, Wednesday (9/21).

According to him, mental quality of the apparatus becomes the first priority. Applying discipline will also gain the society role in monitoring public services.

“Mindset and better performance are the main focus of bureaucracy reformation. State apparatus must give service for citizens,” he closed.
