As many as 28 street light spots at Jalan Pasar Minggu, Kembangan, will be replaced with light emitting diode (LED) type. The project is aimed to advance the lighting at the area.

West Jakarta Head Section of Monitoring and Handling for Sub-dept. of Industry and Energy, Joko Laksono, said the light has capacity by 90 watts. The light is given from Jakarta Dept. of Industry and Energy.
“The street is the border of Jakarta and Tangerang. Not only to brighten the area, the light will be used as the area sign,” he said, Thursday (9/22).
W. Jakarta Industry and Energy Agency Needs Operational VehiclesAs planned before, the installation will be held in October. It is hoped the light replacement would be able to minimize crime.
