Residents of Penggilingan, Cakung, East Jakarta, have complained about garbage scattered at the Penggilingan TPS and on the road up to three meters.

We need more. Starting today, we will do cleanliness gradually

Based on Beritajakarta.com observations, garbage heaps at the TPS in the size of 4x8 square meters scattered on the road. On the opposite of the TPS, there are seen tens of used crates that are not transported and dozens of carts parked illegally. 

Marzuki (51), a local resident disclosed garbage has been neglected for one month.

When being confirmed, Section Head of Cakung Sub-district Cleanliness, Sigit Pamungkas delivered garbage is not transported due to lack of fleet. Thus far his side only has 36 units.

"We need more. Starting today, we will do cleanliness gradually. We'll cooperate with Cleanliness Sub-dept to send more fleets," he finished.
