To follow up any report via qlue, East Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept has formed a Monitoring Team.
The team is formed because we get lots of reports via qlue. They already work three days and it is helpful to address the reports that go through qlue
The team has 7 members. The duty is divided into two shifts each day. In addition to monitoring the region condition, they are able to conduct some actions if they find a violation.
Section Head of Operation for East Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept, Boval Yuliansyah disclosed, the team usually cooperates with village chiefs to monitor the region.

They will follow up report that enters through qlue such as illegal parking, public transport that picks up passenger haphazardly and traffic jam.
