Qlue User Hits 500 Thousand

A Qlue application that launched by Jakarta Provincial Government is apparently quite enthused by Jakarta residents. Until now, the application has hit 500 thousand users.

With total per day, we receive 40 thousand reports including report to the government, private and forum (public and urban village)

Vice Director of Qlue Production Division, Gerry Mangentang said, resident participant especially Jakartans is very positive.

"Our user is about 500 thousand. With total per day, we receive 40 thousand reports including report to the government, private and forum (public and urban village)," he stated, Tuesday (6/21).

Reporting Format of RT/RW Via Qlue Reviewed

According to him, government apparatuses from urban village, sub-district, municipal, department and administration staff are also very active in response to any public reports.

"Government ranking could change anytime. It depends on performance from each apparatus," he told.

He details, so far, there are five high categories of public report such as about violation (29,363 reports), garbage (27,404 reports), illegal parking (18,855 reports), public facility (18,577 reports) and traffic jam (12,963 reports).

"From that total, more than 80 percent of reports sent via qlue have been followed up," he finished.
