Jakarta Provincial Government plans to provide integrated flat. Several flats will be constructed above existing assets.

“The existing assets will operate normally. But the flats will be constructed above it,” said Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama, Monday (10/3).
According to him, flat can be constructed above existing asset such as bus terminal and traditional market. The flats are provided for people with low income.
Marunda Flat RPTRA Construction Accelerated“It will be managed by Jakarta Dept. of Housing and Governmental Building. Governor regulation about the lease rate will be discussed later,” he added.
