31 RPTRA Caretakers Selection in N. Jakarta Held

As many as 1,210 people participated in online registration to be RPTRA caretaker in North Jakarta. In fact, only 864 participants passed the administration selection.

After conducting the reconfirmation stage, 346 people were selected. Later on, 186 people will be selected as the caretaker. They will be placed at 31 new RPTRA locations in 16 urban villages.
Veronica Tan, Jakarta TP PKK Chairwoman, admitted proud with participants enthusiasm.

She added that the selection is held openly and transparently. According to her, the salary they will receive mean nothing compared to service they will give for the surrounding environment.
“I need caretaker who has creativity and ready for random areas,” she added.
Meanwhile, North Jakarta Mayor, Wahyu Haryadi, said North Jakarta still has nine RPTRAs.
“31 new locations will be provided this year by using city budget fund,” he said.
