Type D RSU Will No Longer Use Sub-district Puskesmas

Jakarta Provincial Government is committed to continue to add more type D general hospitals (RSU). In future, they will no longer use the sub-district puskesmas that upgraded to type D hospital.

Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama disclosed has difficulties to upgrade puskesmas into type D hospital due to inadequate land width.

"We won't upgrade puskemas into type D hospital now. This is more troublesome," he stated, at City Hall, Tuesday (10/11).

3 Sub-district Puskesmas will Be Built in E. Jakarta

His party decided to find the large land to be built type D hospital. He also plans to build the hospital that integrated with the flat tower. Thus the occupant health can be assured. "Including big flat complex, we'll equip it with type D hospital, this is our concept," he told.

It is targeted every sub-district in the capital to have type D hospital. Jakarta itself has 44 sub-districts.
