Jakarta Provincial Government must determine the rate of city minimum wage (UMP) on November 1 even though the meeting held by wage council faced deadlock twice.

Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama, admitted his side will use Government Regulation (PP) No. 78/2015 about wage to determine the UMP.
