Complaint service via short message (SMS) will remain run as usual.

It has not effect on the leave process of Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama, which falls on Friday (10/28).

"We'll keep serving and following up complaint service via SMS," said Basuki, at City Hall.

Usually, he always gets public complaints every day before he starts his activities at City Hall. He can still monitor it via SMS.

"It will run as usual," he stated.

He also asks citizens use qlue to report incidents that experienced or seen.
