City Campaigning Slogan for Pilkada

Jakarta Provincial Government is committed to run the Pilkada safely and peacefully. One of them is by campaigning for a slogan "Kite Semue Bersodare" means we are all brothers.

We are all brothers, so we should to develop unity and cohesion

Jakarta Acting Governor, Sumarsono disclosed his party will continue to campaign the slogan. He also plans to make stickers read "Kite Semue Bersodare".

"Because we are concerned about religious harmony in Jakarta that is very pluralistic. Even, today, we campaign 'we are all brothers using Indonesian language (Kita Semua Bersaudara) and Betawian language (Kite Semue Bersodare)," he stated, at City Hall, Monday (10/31).

Pilkada Participants Must Be Ready to Be Elected and Not Elected

He also wants to develop unity and cohesion in Jakarta. Thus there is no split between religious communities.

"We are all brothers, so we should to develop unity and cohesion," he expressed.

As planned, such slogan will be published in various forms and placed at some points that can be seen easily.

"If it is needed, we save the slogan in our heart, thus we can feel peacefulness," he stated.

Sumarsono who also serves as Director General of Regional Autonomy (Otda) will hold a silahturahmi with Interreligious Harmony Forum (FKUB) in the near future.

"It will be held on November 2," he disclosed.
