Jakarta Provincial Government continues to accelerate the construction of the National Capital Integrated Coastal Development (NCICD) Reservoir phase A in Muara Kali Blencong, Marunda, Cilincing. It is targeted to be finished this year.

Section Head of Development and East Flow for Jakarta Water Management Dept, Andika Purnomo said, the reservoir construction has been done since a week ago. To accelerate it, his side has sent building material in the Marunda Berikat Nusantara (KBN).

"Today, we send building materials such as spun pile, connector iron and caving beam that must be fabricated on the spot. It's related to the acceleration of the making process," he expressed, Tuesday (11/8).

According to him, such construction uses sheet pile with spun pile. Each material has 24 meters long and will be planted as deep as 20 meters.

"Total long from Marunda Bridge until East Flood Canal (KBT) is 2.4 kilometers. This year, we'll finish it until Marunda Water Post first, about one kilometer," he finished.
