Bylaw OPD to Be Ratified on December 13

City Council is targeting to ratify the revision of the Bylaw about Regional Organization (OPD) on December 13, 2016.

We're targeting the bylaw will already be ratified on December 13. It is still under discussion so far

Vice Chairman of City Council, M Taufik disclosed the new arrangement of regional apparatus should be in accordance with Government Regulation No. 18/2016 about Regional Apparatus

"We're targeting the bylaw will already be ratified on December 13. It is still under discussion so far," he stated, at City Council building, Thursday (11/24).

Some SKPDs Will Be Re-organized

He stated, on Friday (11/25), there will be a hearing meeting (RDPU). And then will be continued with article discussion that proposed in next week.

"We'll hold hearing meeting tomorrow. And then continued with article discussion on Monday," he told.

Meanwhile, Head of Organization and Bureaucracy Reform, Dhany Sukma explains, the number of regional working units (SKPD) will reduce from 53 into 42 SKPDs.

"There are several merger of SKPD. Everything is tailored to Government Regulation No. 18/2016. The arrangement that we proposed is reduction up to 11 SKPDs," he closed.
