The National Monument (Monas) will use orange lamp since November 25 to December 10 as the campaign against gender-based violence.
Orange color is the form of support
Sabdo Kurnianto, Monas Management Office Head, said the lamp installation is conducted together with Dept. of Communication Informatics and Public Relation and UN Women.
“It’s similar with purple color during Alzheimer commemoration,” he said, Sunday (11/27).

This is a global campaign which is commemorated from November 25 as elimination of violence against women campaign to December 10 as the human right day.
