"The commission had made a proposal to add the proposed drat bylaw on arrangement of Kota Tua in 2017 Propemperda," said Tubagus Arif, Chairman of City Council Commission B, on a sidelines of a joint meeting between the executive and legislative related submission of the report of Regional Legislation Board (Balegda) against the results of 2017 Propemperda, Monday (11/28).

Arif disclosed that the arrangement is very urgent to make the draft bylaw. Considering, the land that has 600 kilometers wide is only managed by the Technical Management Unit (UPT).
