An electrical short-circuit was believed to have caused a fire at the Sulianti Saroso Infectious Disease Hospital (RSPI), North Jakarta, Monday (5/26), at around 9.30 AM. The blaze has destroyed a CT scan radiology room in hospital.
Since that, dozens of patients who were waiting in front of the radiology room immediately scrambled to save themselves.

"The incident happened so fast, suddenly a smoke comes out from the radiology room," she told.
Putut Jantoko, Fireman of North Jakarta Fire and Disaster Handling Sub-Department, 11 fire trucks deployed to the scene and managed to put out the blaze within 15 minutes.
He added, fire is caused by electricity short-circuit originated from air conditioning's panel of the panoramic radiology room. "There are no injuries reported in the incident," he reported
